COMPANY POLICIES


GENERAL

Custom Trips and dates can be arranged for both domestic and international climbs and treks. Contact Expeditions International for more information.

Most Trips: 3 persons minimum for group rate unless stated otherwise. Maximum group sizes vary.

All Prices listed are per person, per day unless otherwise noted.

Spaces in expeditions and Classes are held by deposit on a first come, first served basis.


INCLUDED IN PRICE

Equipment:

All Climbing Equipment, with the exception of climbing shoes, is included in the cost of the class or trip for which you register. Tents and backpacks are available for rent. Climbing shoes, winter climbing boots, crampons, and sleeping bags are also available at an additional cost.

Lodging

All lodging is included in the price of our International Trips. For those who require lodging while taking day-long climbing classes in Colorado, accommodations can be arranged at an additional cost.

Transportation

The price of all of our International Trips and classes includes Land Transportation between airports and destinations. Airfare is not included. However, we are happy to assist you in locating the best airfares possible.

Miscellaneous. Fees

All permits, camping fees, and special use fees are included.

Meals

Some meals may be provided during extended International Climbs. We can help you plan a menu when it is necessary for you to provide your own meals.


DEPOSITS

All Deposits are Non-Refundable.

All Classes

A deposit of $50 per person, per class is required at the time of Registration. The balance is due the morning of the first day of the course.

U.S. Trips

A deposit of $50 per person, per day is required at the time of Registration. The balance is due one week prior to the date of departure.

International Trips

Deposits vary depending on location. Please see the ' General Info Page ' on each individual trip page for exact deposit amount required. Deposits are required at the time of Registration. The balance due is required no later than 6 weeks prior to the date of departure.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you cancel the trip or class after all fees have been paid, but before the trip has started, you will be refunded the cost of the class or trip less the required deposit. In the case of classes or trips canceled by Expeditions International & Front Range Mountain Guides, deposits and all other fees will be refunded or credited toward another class or trip of your choice.


PASSPORTS and VACCINATIONS

It is the traveler's responsibility to assure that all travel papers are in order and that he/she has received all vaccinations as required. Expeditions International can provide you with information regarding these procedures. Please keep in mind that Passports take at least 6 weeks to process.
